I approached Yoga Of WellBeing because I knew that the teacher was very experienced and was a good communicator and I wanted to learn techniques to assist in my recovery from a shoulder injury and to help prevent future injuries.  Yoga Of WellBeing helped me by teaching me some very good techniques to help with my shoulder pain.  The result was learning the most effective techniques for my shoulder problem. One thing I liked was the sessions were very flexible, informal and can be tailored to my particular needs. I found the experience pleasant and very useful being able to achieve in just one session my short term purpose.  I would highly recommend Yoga Of WellBeing to people who need a specialised program for a diagnosed health problem and or people who want to learn general yoga to keep fit, healthy and avoid injury.”
